He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wilkins and Eva Wilkins (Russell); his daughter Freda Ann; his brother Wade; his sister-in-law Margaret Reynolds; and his sister Joyce Litner.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Goodrich; his children, Judy Rizzo of Rochester, Bruce Wilkins (Mary Jane) of Peru and Keith Wilkins (Joyce) of Brasher Falls; his grandchildren, Stephanie Deshane (Brad), Christopher Rizzo, Casey Wilkins (Lauren), Britney Palmer (Justin), Morgan Wilkins (Mike Rushford), Nathan Wilkins, Riley Wilkins (Shannon) and Molly Pafford (Bill); and his sister Beulah Trippany of Massena. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
