He was predeceased by : his parents, David F. Welch and Ina R. Clements Welch. He is survived by : his wife Anne Marie Smith Welch; his children, Mariah Welch, Michael Welch, Jacob Welch and David Welch; his sister Kimberly Johnson (Michelle Green); and his grandchildren, Finley, Bowen, Birdie, Serenity, Chance and Aaron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
