He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judy Cole. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Cole and Kelly Cole; and his grandparents, Joe, Chris Crisafulli, Larry and Terry Cole. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Matthew's memory to the Hartwick Swimming and Diving Team through Talons Trust.
