It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny C. Dean of Wolcott, New York, born in Lyons, New York, who passed away on March 18, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel R. Vezzose and Blanche Vezzose (Kelly). She is survived by : her husband Peter; her children, Brenda Mitchell (Steven) and Corey Dean; her grandchildren, Joshua Andrus, Avery Mitchell, Cecilia and Axton Dean; and her siblings, Brenda Parker (Gene), Linda Wessy (Randy Jock), Margaret Kalbfliesch, Sandra Dewey (Bill) and James Blauvelt (Darlene). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
