He was predeceased by : his father Raymond H. Kelley; and his brother Stephen Kelley. He is survived by : his mother Patricia Mae Kelley (Beach); his children, Steven Douglas, Shane, Stacia DeBadts and Joshua Schultz; and his siblings, Diane Goldstein (Jerry), Raymond Michael Kelley (Norma) and Pamela Bieber (Thomas). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
