He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Phillips and Evelyn Wood Spickerman; and his sister Joy Spickerman. He is survived by: his stepsons, Jordan Brown (Sarah) and Jarred Milhiem; his siblings, Rodney Spickerman of Rochester, David Spickerman of Lyons and Lisa Brooks of Sodus; and his grandson Luke Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Savannah Cemetery.
