He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannie; his parents, Clifford W. Hultz and Leona Hultz (Tewell); his wife Eugenia Hultz (Morseman); his half-brother Donald Ury; his sister-in-law Gloria Hultz (Donofrio); and his stepdaughter Kristine Markarian (Conti).

He is survived by: his brother Lawrence Hultz; his niece Andrea Franke (Lee); his great-nephew Emmett Franke; his niece Bonnie Brothers; his stepchildren, Geraldine "Geri" Gorton (Keith), Peter Conti (Theresa) and John Conti (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Hailey Gorton (Victor), Brant Gorton, Gregory Markarian Alexander Markarian, Connor Conti and Mya VanVleet. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Colonial Memorial Chapel.
