He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stack and Margaret Stack; and his sister Shelia Stack. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Stack (Jay Parent-Butryn); his wife Heidi Stack; his granddaughters, Harper and Piper; and his siblings, Doug Stack (Anita), Dennis Stack (Fran), Tom Stack (Vivian), Colleen Parriott (Don), Chris Stack (Ruth), Andrew Stack (Jenny) and Richard Sporski (Sherry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kevin's memory to the Woodbourne FD First Aid Squad, Inc., in honor of the organization to which he devoted 25 years of service.
