Nelson leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Nelson’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Nelson will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John N. Durland and Doris D. Durland. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Eric of Nevada; his godson John Edwards of Buffalo; and his nephews, John Robbins of Colorado and Jeffrey Cook of Massachusetts.
