He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gonzalez and Lidia Gonzalez. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his daughters, Rita Schneider (Scott) of West Orange, NJ and Cynthia Mistretta (Daniel) of Stamford, CT; his grandchildren, Alexandra Schneider, Griffin Schneider, Joseph Mistretta and Andrew Mistretta; his siblings, Luis Gonzalez (Lillian), Victor Gonzalez (Bernice) and Lidia Nieves (Angel); and his brother-in-law Casimiro Rios. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
