He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Padgett and Winifred Swan Padgett; his wife Marilyn Padgett; and his children, Todd Padgett and Mikeala Padgett (Jordan).
He is survived by: his son Cyrus Padgett of Tuscarora, NY; his granddaughter Alyssa (James O'Brian); his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Levi and Luca O'Brian; and his grandson Nickolas Padgett of Montour Falls, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
