He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Hargrave Hume and Leon Robert Hume; his wives, Willadeane Alderton Hume (Bunnie) and Darlene Kaczmark Hume; his brother-in-law Christopher Van Buskirk; his nephew Albert Szhwartz; and his stepson Robert Ridley.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Hume (Jane) of Pavilion and Shirley Joan Kaczmark (Ariz) of Tucson; his children, Susan Hume of LeRoy, Karen Vagg (Douglas) of Pavilion, Mary Ridley of Geneseo and John Hume (Judy) of Mechanicville; and his close friends, Erin Schwartz and Marilyn Abdelle.
