He is survived by: his wife Helen Johannsen of Rockville Centre; his children, Diane (Mike), Craig (Michelle), Ken (Debbie) and Tom (Barb); his grandchildren, Kate, Erik (Trystan), Ryan (Katelynne), Nicole, Jessi, Steph, Michael, Dan, Emily, Maggie, Teresa and Joey; and his sister-in-law Karen (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
