We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2025, at the age of 83, Esperanza Rivera in Woodmere, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Esperanza departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Esperanza may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Esperanza leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabel Ramos Alicea and Juan Bautista Soto Torres. She is survived by: her sons, Hector and Jaimmie. She is also survived by her two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the R. Stutzmann & Son (224-39 Jamaica Ave, Queens Village, NY 11428).
