He is survived by: his children, Kieran O. Bell (Carolyn) of Woodstock, NY and Bridget Bell McMahon of Annapolis, MD; his grandson Reed Webber (Ruffa); his great grandchildren, Luke Ashley of Strongsville, OH and Chase Webber (Madison McBride) of Chester, MD; his daughter Kathleen Roberts (Josh Roberts); his granddaughters, Hannah and Bella Roberts of Annapolis, MD.; and his wife Lois Moses Bell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc. - Kingston (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's RC Church (12 Holly Hills Dr, Woodstock, NY 12498). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Woodstock Cemetery.
