He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis Keefe and Mary Rose Ford; his wife Jane Neher Keefe; and his sisters, Mary Casazza and Ann Walsh.
He is survived by: his children, Jody Ford (Mark), Karen Collins (Dennis), Michelle O'Halloran (Tom) and Tad Earley (Jackie). He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
