It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valarie S. Manchester of Worcester, New York, born in Cobleskill, New York, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Although eligible to retire in the spring of 2020, Valarie continued working during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
