She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Reed and Lela Reed; her husband Raymond Welbert; her sisters, Alleine Osborn and Ruth Reed; and her nephew Reginald Osborn (Jon).
She is survived by: her daughter Diane; her nieces, Marlene Thompson (Walter) and Pamela Zerbe (Ron); her great-nieces, Stacia Barrett and Kimberly Thomas (Jim); and her great-nephew Kyle Osborn (Stacy).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heller & Skinner Funeral Home (155 Main St, Worcester, NY 12197).
