He is survived by : his mother Charlene DeGroat Mann of Wurtsboro, NY; his daughter Aaliyah DeGroat of Middletown, NY; his brothers, Bryan Clark (Suzie) of Port Jervis, NY, Fiance' and Davona Boss of Wurtsboro, NY; his grandmother Adeline DeGroat of Goshen, NY.; his nieces, Cierra Ustic (Paul) and Desiree Clark; and his nephew David Clark of Port Jervis, NY.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
