He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Rockwell; his daughters, Tammy Fragomeni (Rocco), Renee Goyer (Tracy Kohls) and Dawn Rockwell-Pompey; and his brothers, David Rockwell of New Mexico and Terry Rockwell (Judith) of North Carolina.
