He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Clark, Sr. and Bertha E. Clark (Hart); his wife Carol Ann Fountain of Troy; and his siblings, Mary Jones (Fred), Dorothy Drinkwine (Robert), Jean Shumway (Clarence), Beverly Phillips (Harry), Joan Greene (Gordon) and Patricia Garrett (Foster).
He is survived by: his sons, William D. Clark (Lisa) and Steven D. Clark (Katherine); his grandchildren, Stacy Scaligeri (Tim), Sydney Clark and Kayla Clark; and his great grandchild Samantha Scaligeri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
