He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jacobs (Crandall) and Edward J. Jacobs; and his siblings, Joan Mertz and Daniel Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Jacobs (Gagnon); his child Nerissa Carbonaro (Renato); his grandchildren, Gianni, Genevieve and Giuseppe Carbonaro; his siblings, Jean Johnson, Louis Jacobs (Tina) and Rita Gray (Irv); and his siblings-in-law, Gilman Gagnon (late Laura) and Sandra Keeler (late Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
