She was predeceased by: her parents, Attila Varady and Marta Szendey Varady; and her boyfriend George R. Harris III. She is survived by: her children, Edward Schindele, Sylvia Viccarone (Anthony) and Andrew Malura (Elke); her sister Marta Singleton; and her grandchildren, Stephen and Erika. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, and nephews.
