He was predeceased by: his father Kevin S. Bayly; and his great-niece Layla James LaJuett. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen S. Bayly (Cushing) of Watervliet; his siblings, Anne M. LaMora (Nicholas) of East Greenbush and Kevin S. Bayly of Watervliet; his nephew Christopher S. LaJuett (Hannah) of Watervliet; his niece Isabel "Izzy" Marie LaMora; Lanie Bayly LaJuett.
