He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Held and Shirley Stoll Held; and his brothers, Jerald and John Held. He is survived by: his sons, John Held (Mary) of Brunswick and James Held (Pamela) of Slingerlands; his sister Jean Held of Burlington; his sister-in-law Jeanne Nagengast (Dennis) of North Greenbush; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Held, Michael Held (Abby), Robert Held and William Held; and his great grandchild Maya Held. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
