Jonathan Harvey Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 15, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Jonathan Harvey of Wynantskill, New York, born in Albany, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Jonathan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jonathan's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret S. Harvey; his brother Jack D. Harvey (Christine); his children, Johns H. Harvey (Jane) and Caroline R. Harvey (Lucas); his grandchildren, Kala Sunshine Harvey and Maya Rose Harvey; and his mother Alice D. Harvey.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the charity of your choice, Congregation Berith Sholom, Temple Ahavat Achim, or The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous, a nonprofit established to fulfill the traditional Jewish commitment to Hakarat HaTov, the searching out and recognition of goodness.
