He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark Alley and Edna Durling Alley; and his sisters, Donna Travaglin, V. Susan Ellis and Kim Plante.
He is survived by: his wife Joelle McKee Alley; his son Brian McKee Alley; his grandchildren, Matthew McCann, Morgan Alley and Camryn Alley; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon McCann and Daisy McCann.
