He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Lee and Raymond Lee; his wife Janice Lefevre Lee; and his siblings, Jim, Jack, Shirley and Juanita.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Breslin (Kent), Jamie Lee (John Kujawski) and Sarah Flint; his grandchildren, Claire Breslin and Joseph Breslin (Emma Heubusch); his brother Roland Lee; and his in-laws, Jay, Joni, Marla, Carlotta Jinks, Mary Ann Tyler and Anthony LaRosa.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Wyoming Hook & Ladder (26 Maple St, Wyoming, NY 14591). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joe's name are greatly appreciated and may be made to the Wyoming Hook & Ladder or Home Care & Hospice Community Care of Western New York, Inc.
