He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Copeland and Thelma Copeland (Pierce); and his brothers, Everett, Gary and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl (John); his wife Brenda L. Copeland (Potter); his son Christopher (Jessica); his grandchildren, Devin, Brittney, Brendan, Charlotte and Lilah; his brothers, John (Valerie) and Richard (Debroah); and his sister-in-law Joann. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
