She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kolpack and Ruth Horey Kolpack; and her stepfather Robert Schwartz. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Harper Jr. of Warsaw, Christopher Harper of Warsaw and James Ferrin (Chrissy) of Warsaw. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
