He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Acker and Diane Mower Deel of Pavilion; his stepsister Sherri Dietrich; his brother Brandon Acker; his cousin Andrew Mower Jr.; and his wife Mary Anne J. Smith Acker.
He is survived by: his stepsiblings, Terri Sills (Daniel) of Canisteo and Ronald Acker of California; his parents-in-law, Susan Wilson (Darrell Burgess) of Attica and Dean Smith (Tracy) of Alexander; his brothers-in-law, JD Bissell (Taylor) of Walton, NY, Eric Bauer-Smith of Batavia and Christopher Bauer-Smith of Batavia; his niece Brianna Acker of Tampa, FL; and his nephew Jayden Acker of Belmont.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weeks Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Warsaw, NY 14569).
