We announce the death of Ruth Kinney Boening of Wyoming, New York, who passed away on June 5, 2026, at the age of 95. Ruth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kinney and Beatrice Milligan Kinney Sr.; her husband Richard R. Boening; her brother Carl Kinney Jr. (Jean); her brother-in-law Charles Boening (Helen); her son-in-law Craig Harkins; her granddaughter Shanon Harkins; and her nieces, Sally Kinney Coughlin and Sharyl Boening Hopkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Coniber (Ron), Christine Logsdon (Arnold) and Barbara Harkins; her grandchildren, Ronald Coniber (Debbie), Jeff Coniber (Peggy), Bobbie Jo Scott (Joe), Ray Logsdon (Stephanie), Randy Logsdon (Becky), Thomas Harkins (Jenny) and Robert Harkins; and her friend Agnes Smith. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
