He is survived by: his spouse Vergjinush Cibuku (Elmasllari); his daughters, Irina Mulla (Genti) of Middlebury, Fjoralba Hasanlli (Artur) of Korce and Arjola Lipe (Ervis) of Yonkers; and his siblings, Vladimir Cibuku of Korse, Enjellush Cibuku of Watertown and Mimoza Dushi. He is also survived by 6 loving grandchildren.
