He was predeceased by: his parents, Kern Wong and May Quan Tsang. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Tsang; and his wife Boykie. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews, neighbors and caregivers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Flynn Memorial. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
