He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Polidore and Mary Polidore (Frankolino); his wife Anna Polidore (Rapa); his son Robert Polidore; and his sisters, Mary Polidore, Angie Vetrano and Mildred Urezzio.
He is survived by: his sons, Alfred C. Polidore (Carmella) and Anthony Polidore (Debbie); his grandchildren, Rachelle Polidore Cole, B. J., Travis, Danielle, Andrew and Thomas Polidore; his great grandchildren, Kylah, Koral, Haley, Hudson, Jace, Scarlette, Lincoln and Avery; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Polidore.
