Angel Luis Ortiz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angel Luis Ortiz of Yonkers, New York, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Angel farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Angel is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia E. Laboy; his children, Jacqueline, Angel and Anthony; and his grandchildren, Justin, Darian, Damian and Gabriel. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Flynn Memorial (325 S Broadway, Yonkers, NY 10705). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
