We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2023, at the age of 93, Carol L. Brown of Yonkers, New York, born in Vancouver, British Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gustav Roedde and Madeline Roedde; and her children, Gretchen, Carol, Roger, Phillip, Christopher, Michael and Rebecca.
Family and friends can honor Carel, (if they wish) by donating to the ASPCA | American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (https://www.ucspca.org) or with a small donation to Roedde House, http://www.roeddehouse.org the house of her grandparents, designed and built in 1893 and since developed into an active museum in Vancouver.
