She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Flynn; and her parents, Michael O'Sullivan and Mary O'Sullivan. She is survived by: her sisters, Brigid O'Brien of California and Mary McQuaid of New York; her stepsons, Thomas and Errol; and her uncle Denis Casey. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Barnabas Church (E. 241st Street & Martha Avenue, Bronx, NY 10704).
