He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Saldis Girven; his son Christopher; and his parents, Michael John Girven (Catherine McCabe Girven) and Kingsbridge. He is survived by: his sons, Charlie (Carol) and Kenneth (Regina Lynn); his grandchildren, Shannon, Erin, Kenny and Katy; his brothers, Joseph and Thomas; his friend Kathleen Saldis; his extended family Charles; and his grandson Charlie (Frank Dowd).
