He is survived by: his wife Gina Farrell; his daughters, Danielle Farrell and Jennifer Pisano (Brett); his grandsons, Michael Piasta, George and James Pisano; and his siblings, Gregory Farrell, William Farrell (Nancy), Nanette Murray (Tom), Suzanne Farrell, Maryjo Wenk and Matthew (Marta).

Contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
