She is survived by: her husband John Formato; her daughter Dianne Pisani; her son-in-law Sergio Pisani; her daughter Anne Formato; her grandchildren, Jana Pisani, Sergio Pisani (Jackie Hoyos) and Dominic Pisani; her sister Edith Perna; and her brother-in-law Carl "Charlie" Perna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
