She is survived by: her children, Alfonso (Pituso), Damaris and Antonio Fernandez; her children-in-law, Marilyn, Erica and Larry; her sisters, Carmen Pabon and Ramonita Breban; her grandchildren, Alfonzo Jr., Alexandro, Larry, Melisa, Christian, Jinelly, Arianna, Jazyla and Jamesyn; her great grandchildren, Maribel, Analiz, Xavier, Aiyana, Adriel, Christian, Jaylani, Vada Rae and Amiyah; and her husband Alfonso.
