He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rall and Rita Rall (Gostompsky); and his sister Mary McCann. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite R. Rall (Mico); his children, Patrick Rall of Hopewell Junction and Kathleen Rall of Hopewell Junction; his siblings, Frank Rall (Adrienne), Theresa Kochan and Elizabeth Seglibene; his nephew Anthony Seglibene; and his niece Danielle Seglibene.
