He is survived by: his wife Kelly Fitzpatrick; his children, Kayla and Tyler; his pet Blaze; his parents, John and Alexis; his in-laws, Al and Kathy Fitzpatrick; his sister Alycin; his brother-in-law Kevin Fitzpatrick (Molly); and his goddaughter Emily Fogarty. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
