He was predeceased by : his father John Sullivan. He is survived by : his mother Marie Sullivan; his wife Patricia; his daughters, Gina Cozza (Mike) and Laurie Halstead (Chris); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony, Jake and Emma; his siblings, Margaret Kealy (Danny), Noreen Sullivan and Michael Sullivan; his brother-in-law Ken Schroeder (Kathy); and his pet Harley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley in John's name.
