He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Terraforte and Ann Terraforte (Nero); his son David Terraforte; and his siblings, Ann LaBarbera, Rosemary Giordano, Robert Terraforte, Sr. and Anthony Terraforte.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Terraforte (Gradzki); and his sister Jean Cirillo (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
