He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Kolba, Sr. and Mary Huchko Kolba; his wife Pauline Hoisik; his son Jeffrey Kolba; and his brother Robert Kolba.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Cobuzzi (Rick) of Southbury, CT, Diana DeBellis (Michael) of Hopewell Junction, NY, Joseph John Kolba (Jennifer) of Utica, NY, Elinor Cioppa (Ernest) of Hopewell Junction, NY and Mary Rose Ciocchi (Michael) of LaGrangeville, NY.. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
