“Osika Family I had just heard of Joe's death and I am greatly saddened for your loss. I was Joe's coach for baseball and basketball at Sacred Heart in 1966-68. He was such a great player and person.He was so tough and always gave his best. I will never forget his 2-0 shutout win over powerful Mt. St. Michael's school from the Bronx.It was the best pitched game I and the opposing coach had ever seen as we beat their star pitcher Joe Mazzullo, who was undefeated in all his years!GodblessyouJoe”
