He was predeceased by: his sister Jeanie (Jerry). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Joseph (Jennifer), Mary, Michael (Elise) and Danielle; his stepchildren, John (Michelle) and Debbie (Mike); his sister Lois (Thom); and his sisters-in-law, Jackie and Eileen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude's Research Center, in honor of Joseph's passionate support for children and their families.
