It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jow Ping Yee of Yonkers, New York, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Rose Lamorte; his sisters, Peggy Chin (Roger), Margie (Donald) and Yun Sheung Lee; his parents-in-law, Marie (George), Anna, Andy, Anthony, Danny (Ana), Joe and Leo; his niece Ashley; his nephew William; his great-niece Maya; his great-nephews, Kyle, Tyler, Elijah, Jeremiah and Isaiah; and his goddaughter Ashley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“I knew Jow whom we called Joe back in the day from Park Hill Ave (Ernesto's, Babes, Vitulli's, and the Park Terrace). We played cards together and we also had a lot of fun together.
